This is obvious stuff. The dangerous stuff is that which passes beneath our filters like certain negative words they use to replace higher order terms like replacing “perspective” with “take” (an obvious dumbed down term that most people would not object to). Check out the crossword puzzles pre-2016, very dumbed down. I recall doing some in 5 minutes and I was experiencing bad brain fog at the time. Today they are much more difficult at least here in California. Most people would not notice them replacing “I’m sorry” with “my bad” or “hero” with “bad ass.” It can be very subtle at times, but it’s the difference between discernment, gentleness and courtesy versus crudeness. The younger generation might not catch on. I recall when I was a teenager back in the early sixties a relatively uneducated but smart old man complaining about the teachers ruining the schools at the same time they were eliminating natural light in our new high school by installing tinted windows. We laughed at the old man back then, but now at 75, he’s our hero. This is also when I noticed housing tracts being erected in my home town that couldn’t withstand a baseball hitting them without making holes in the walls. We had no idea what was happening at the time.
