Bean Chili

Hearty and delicious.chili is a great way to worm up in winter time, but if your in the home with a/c it’s still good. I’ve got a few chili recipes, so drive into a bowl of chili.

Ingredients :

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion chopped

1 pound ground beef, crumble

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 14.5oz can rotel

1 8oz can pinto beans in chili sauce

2 8oz cans tomato sauce

1 package of chili mix

Directions :

Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Add onions, cook about 2 mintiues. Add ground beef, crumble, cook till no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
