The store where I work has a number of single stall restrooms. One person goes in, locks the door, takes care of their business. There are no problems, except that some folks seem to be poor at aiming their business. Which is a hassle for me, since my business is to keep the restroom clean. But then again, I guess it’s job security. The whole unisex, straight, trans, restroom thing, IMHO, is just a matter of poor restroom architecture, and also that some people (males, females, and theys) get their panties in a knot too easily.
