The Collapse of America’s Grand Strategy

It is no secret that ever since the imposter Joe Biden was installed in the Oval Office, America has been floundering socially, economically, and militarily. Donald Trump had a plan, and Joe Biden immediately swept it away with his Executive Orders. Executive orders have been unchallenged, and that should change. I think Congress should reassert itself by creating a bipartisan committee to pass or fail presidential executive orders before they damage our economy irreparably. That would end the arbitrary rules, regulations, and expensive costs imposed upon us by non-elected bureaucrats.

Most countries looking to the future develop ‘grand strategies’ that constitute their plan for national power. It’s for counties that can afford it. War-making and developing a sound defense posture is integral to any grand strategy. The Chinese, not always successful, have developed the concept of grand strategies through centuries of their dynasties. They plan for a hundred years, and while their goals or issues change, their strategy doesn’t. Mao introduced the concept of the Five Year Plan and the Great Leap Forward, neither of which was well thought out, or were they? At least he got the Chinese people focused on improving their wretched country, even if it meant killing millions of them.

Since World War II, America’s grand strategy has been to contain the spread of communism, especially the Soviet Unions, because we feared the “Domino Effect” of Communism spreading throughout Asia. Our strategy drew us into minor conflicts like the Korean and later Vietnam wars, and while we didn’t pull off victories in either, we fulfilled our grand strategy of stopping, if not containing, communism. We declined to involve ourselves militarily in Pol Pot’s Cambodian massacres of his own people, but while we were there, communism sneaked around us into Cuba and Central America. There, we got involved but not militarily as we did in Korea and Vietnam but secretly by stealth operations conducted by the CIA.

Through all that, we never took our eyes off the Soviet Union, and they never took them off us. On his first visit to the US, Soviet Premier Nikita Kruschev said: “You Americans are so gullible. No, you won’t accept communism outright, but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of socialism until you finally wake up and find you already have communism. We won’t have to fight you. We’ll weaken your economy until you fall like overripe fruit into our hands.” I’ve never forgotten that! He also said: “We do not have to invade the United States; we will destroy you from within,” and prophesied: “The United States will eventually fly the Communist red flag…The American people will hoist it themselves,” adding: “The press is our chief ideological weapon.” That was the Grand Marxist Strategy developed by Lenin and implemented by Joseph Stalin. In 1990, the Soviet Union collapsed, leaving only “Mother Russia,” and we let our guard down because we thought we had won. Yes, we are gullible!

Did our Grand Strategy think about assaults from Arab oil barons? Nope, we didn’t see it coming. Counting our response since 9/11, we have expended vast treasures, men, materials, and equipment against a people driven by Islamic religious fervor. After our successful government-changing excursion into Iraq, we mainly faced small terrorist groups who, like water on the beach, disappeared into the sand; we’ve achieved nothing. Why we entered the debilitating twenty-year war in Afghanistan that became our graveyard and still have nothing to show for it is a puzzle. Now we’re engaged in a proxy war against our old nemesis, Russia, using Ukrainians as our cannon fodder. At the same time, an invigorated China, no longer an unfortunate agrarian peasant state, threatens all around them, especially Taiwan. China hasn’t learned the futile economic lessons of maintaining their ability to pay for everything while we turn on our printing presses for more cash, but we haven’t learned either. Now comes another charge against our purse: a renewed Islamic attack against Israel. Our ability to buy what we want will soon be inflated to a halt. We can’t afford the debt, let alone the cost of assaulting our next victim. We have no Grand Strategy, or we’ve ignored it entirely in our rush to become socialists! The Hamas attack against Israel has revealed to us that our enemy within really is the fifth columnists posing as students in our corrupt colleges and universities. No longer must we fear the oncoming rush of communism, it’s here, but contend with the odious blathering of the supposed followers of Mohammad as well. But we’re forbidden to talk about it, let alone confront them, lest we be charged with hate crimes and condemned as racists as well.

The attacks against America are a grand strategy to eliminate Western and European White cultures and replace them with what doesn’t work: a society composed of controllable peasants whose usefulness to the tremendous socialist scheme of things is of relatively no importance. People are expendable and can easily be replaced. We will become an Animal Farm!
