What are all These American's Doing in Prison

Surely Americans are not that bad, then why are so many finding themselves in prison – INCARCERATED

The United States is the world’s leader in incarceration with 2.2 million people currently in the nation’s prisons or jails — a 500% increase over the past thirty years.

Rresearch shows the majority of people who find themselves in state criminal courts are facing charges for minor crimes like possession of marijuana or driving with a suspended license. Misdemeanor convictions, in fact, don’t always result in jail time. (Unless you’re Black/Spanish, see below)

Maybe it’s to provide employment for the services required to run and administer all these black holes. Or is it to loosen up homophobic values held so dearly by citizens in days gone by. Has it become a cheaper way to care for the mentally ill? But why are so many Americans mentally ill? CHEMTRAILS, FLUORIDE, TOXIC LEGAL AND ILLEGAL DRUGS, GMO FOODS, CRAP FAST FOOD, DECENT VALUES NOT TAUGHT TO KIDS, ON and ON IT GOES. Here is an example of a tiny slice of the problem: Why are there a disproportionate number of black/Spanish people in jail. Well here’s a partial answer from a blogger DoomFinger511 that sounds reasonable, he/she says “Essentially whites committed more crimes as a whole and the black/spanish got caught more often. Furthermore black and spanish usually got stuck with legal aid and ended up making plea deals which consisted of little jail time with a felony conviction instead of getting drug court with a dismissal which most of the whites received due to having private attorneys. In turn these fresh felons had a harder time re-intergrating into society and the turned back to breaking the law.” What do you think of his experience?
