Why US's first strike policy won't work on China

 The reason why a preemptive nuclear strike against China won’t work to defeat China’s nuclear deterrence is because of the decoys. Not just decoy silos; but decoy tunnels, decoy entry ways to those tunnels, decoy icbms, layered air defense systems that will buy China time to move their nuclear arsenal when in a state of war, and military drills as a contingency plan for nuclear secondary strike capabilities. Also, not to mention that China has radar stations that can determine whether or not if a nuclear attack is imminent and they’ll have time to launch their solid fuel rockets.  The liquid fuel rockets are worthless except if they can protect them underground and have a way to jam satellite feeds to fill them in time to launch. China’s nuclear arsenal may be small; but it compensates with decoys and the decoys are always on the move to counter spies. I thought that I had to put thus out there to insure that people will not believe the US nuclear hegemony lie.
