1. These kinds of juxtapositions are so easy and common they border on repetitive and banal. Except that they are in fact the surface evidence of dialectical enforcement. Once upon a time, we could forgive the imperfections in our system where on occasion a crime would be treated more harshly than a similar or worse crime in another time or place within the same country because the system is imperfect and circumstances can attenuate the punishment or even the verdict.

But that is not what is going on now. The riots in 2020 which the govt media complex called “Mostly peaceful protests” were treated so differently from January 6 that you have to know there is a new system in place altogether. And that is a dialectical one. (for those who misread the word as diabolical you are forgiven in advance.) The system now charges and enforces based on the political outcome of the actions involved. In other words, OJ Simpson found not guilty was likely not all that political beyond an overplaying of the race card perhaps. But Kevin Krehan dying in jail for putting a strip of bacon on a mosque doorknob while this muslim woman throws rocks at a statue of Mary on Church grounds, both in the UK and nothing happens at all, that is dialectics at work.
